New Delhi: Norwegian telecom operator Telenor-controlled Uninor on Friday unleashed another round of tariff war in the country's overcrowded record-low tariff mobile market with a new plan where a customer may pay as low as 20 paise for a minute on a call. Until now, per second billing was the lowest price plan wherein the lowest price for a call was 60 paise per minute.

Our comments: Because of strategy of Uninor, other telecom companies have start to think of reducing further . Already in real life, the value for one paise is known to all. Only the cell operators know the real value of one paise. Tariff war among operators start to intense further, surely there will be further erosion of BSNL revenue. We have start to think of reducing our expenses in maintenance to make BSNL a profitable organisation.
