78.2% IDA

20 04 10. JAC had  strike talks with the Minister. The matter of 78.2% IDA merger with the pay scales came for discussion. The Minister informed JAC to have a dialogue with the CMD BSNL.Otherwise, pl. meet me in this regard. Now more than 14 days have gone.
