Non executives can opt for revision of pay on 01 01 2007, or from the date of promotion after 01 01 07, or from thedate of next increment in the existing scale.
Last date for this option is within 3 months from the date of issue of this order.
An undertaking as per Annexure III has to be obtained from non executives before making payment of arrears of pay and allowances .
Pay of the non executive employees may be fixed in the revised pay scale at the earliest.
