About 78.2% IDA merger

It is understood that as per advice of DoT, BSNL management is considering the idea of merging 78.2% IDA with the pay scales of BSNL employees i..e for non executives and executives.

But employees feel that 78.2% IDA could have been clinched by JAC  had they acted as per instructions of Hon.MoC.  Anyhow, all employees in BSNL will get 78.2% IDA merger sooner or later.
