For full neutralisation of IDA, 78.2% should be sanctioned for non executives. At the time of wage revision,BSNL management simply told that it will be given when given to executives. This matter of 78.2% IDA merger came for discussion during the talks on 20 04 10 by JAC with the Minister. Minister categorically told JAC to discuss this issue with the CMD,BSNL. If JAC convenor has taken some steps, merger 78.2% is not a mirage but a reality.
FNTO is taking this matter with the JAC convenor to have a dialogue with the CMD,BSNL. Anyhow, it seems it is getting delayed.
Employees of BSNL expect that 78.2% IDA should be merged with the pay immediately as it is due to them. end of the report.
