No stay for 5th verification.

The writ petition filed by NFTE came for hearing today in the Madras High court. The High Court has not given stay for conduct of 5th verification.

 Injunction not granted. Next hearing may be in 2nd week of November, 2010.

FNTO has filed application for 5th verification today 29th.
