We have immense pleasure to meet you to represent the following hard pressing issues of BSNL Employees.
1. Pension Revision : BSNL Employees who retired during the period from 01.10.2000 to 31.12.2006 are not given the Pension Revision and the same is pending since long. It was assured in JAC meeting with HMOC that the issue will be finalized at the earliest. Now we understand that the issue is nearing to its finalization. We request you to kindly cause early sanction of Pension Revision.
2. Minimum Trade Union Facilities: Two years ago a consensus was arrived on the issue in the meeting with CLC and the Management. During last two years, the Management has not taken any action to implement the same We therefore request you to kindly advise the BSNL Board to extend minimum Trade Union facilities to all Registered Trade Unions.
3. 78.2% IDA Merger for BSNL Employees: As per GOI Orders 78.2% IDA is to be merged for all PSUs for employees. We have repeatedly represented the issue before the BSNL Management, but the same has not been done. We request you to kindly cause early settlement of the issue.
4. BONUS: The Bonus for the present year is due and the employees are anxiously awaiting for declaration of Bonus. Though the BSNL has not earned profit, the employees are as per labour law are eligible for minimum bonus. We request you to kindly cause declaration of Minimum before Pooja to motivate the BSNL workforce.
