19.10.2010 : We are thankful to the Pensioners who have conveyed their appreciation and thanks to BDPA for taking keen interest. We receive many queries regarding the contents of Cabinet Note which is secret document till it is cleared by the Cabinet. An attempt to know details through RTI was also not successful on this ground. From our various representations and discussion with the authorities we presume that the Cabinet Note is positive and it will be advantageous to us. We understand the concern of the Pensioners but we have no access to protected note. The note duly approved by Hon’ble MOSC & IT is received back by the DoT and follow up action to transmit it to Cabinet Secretariat are in process and hope by week end the mission will be over.
