Glorious Achievement of Solapur EB i.r.o. Internet Leased Line ( ILL ) Business: Solapur Broadband team succeeded in pulling back the CIC customer Sinhgad Technical Institute who had already gone to our competitor ( Tata Indicom ) for Internet Leased Line ( ILL ) by vigorous follow up and just writing one letter to the President of the Sinhgad Technical Institute,Pune. That one letter/one initiative changed the course of ILL business for Solapur in particular and Maharashtra in general. Solapur SSA got the business of 4 MBPS ILL at Solapur campus,2 MBPS ILL at Pandharpur campus and 2 MBPS ILL at Sangola campus of Sinhgad Technical Institute. Not only this the institute has made a policy decision for going to BSNL first for any requirements of Internet Leased Lines anywhere in Maharashtra. It was brought into the notice that some  malpractices going on the campus for favouring the private player in spite of his inferior services. Some of their staff at Pune and Solapur were involved in such malpractices without the knowledge of their own President. It is learnt that the President ordered the thorough inquiry of this malpractices and the culprits at Solapur campus have given in writing that they indeed involved in such malpractices. It is high time we all should involve in such aggressive marketing for getting business to BSNL. This type of work done by our Solapur SNEA members is really appreciable. SNEA(I) MH Circle appeals all our members to take initiative and approach to competent concerned authority directly and highlight the sevices and tariff of BSNL.
