Air India in trouble
The complaint of Air India employees is that its glory is lost by the national carrier and they don’t get salaries and allowances on time. A time was there, when the ambition of many people was to join the national carrier. Now they say it is not worth it. More than anything else, the employees of Air India are hooked on internet. They just want to know if their salary has come in the account or not. When the salary is not credited on time, they issue a complaint. A senior crewmember from Air India commented that they remember the days, when Air India provided the skilled assistance of their pilots to Singapore Airlines.
They have also seen the small companies like Singapore Airlines becoming pacesetters in the aviation business.
But today, Singapore Airlines has become the leader and AI can’t even pay the salaries on time. He further added that he is online since two days checking about salary and even complained about it. But the administration is not taking the matter seriously and they keep telling that they are going to do it shortly.
