Efforts of AIGEOTA

In Chennai Telephones Area, customers of BSNL were having the difficulty to get the telecom services from BSNL. It may be noted the builders had agreement with private telecom operators, but our loyal customers wanted the BSNL services. It was brought to the notice of AIGETOA by our All India Org Sec Sh. Adi Govind. On receipt of the information AIGETOA team immediately visited the upcoming town ship on 11th July and received information that last six months our customers as well as new occupants are requesting the BSNL authorities to provide the services but everything resulted in vain and the society leaders set the of July 31st as deadline. Learning the huge business potential our AIGETOA worked along with CGM Chennai Telephones with an innovative proposal. On hearing the proposal Sh. Subramanian, CGM Chennai immediately ordered all the officials concerned to take up the project on war footing basis. Our DR’s worked after the working hours as well as on Sunday to ensure the entire project to be completed with 31st July. Finally the first connection was given on 31st July by the Sh. Subramanian, CGM Chennai by making a first phone call. It was marvellous effort by the entire BSNL team assisted by AIGETOA.

On receiving preferred connection from BSNL customers are very much happy and shared their happy opinions about AIGETOA.
