21.09.2010 : We are in receipt of numerous complaints that the once extra increment granted to those who could not get their 10% BCR is being withdrawn and recoveries effected quoted clarification issued by BSNL HQ. This is wrong. The clarification does not say that earlier order either cancelled or modified. It is applicable for those who have opted for new PROMOTION SCHEME. However, we are making detailed representation to BSNL HQ for issuing clarification
