BSNL Board Meeting
Next Board meeting is likely to be held on 10th March, in which wage agreement is expected to get through.
Implementation of transfer Policy.
FNTO & BWA have written to Dir HRD insisting the following:
1. Advance intimation to staff on transfer with reasons
2. Circulation of Seniority list in advance
3. Calling for option/counseling may be made mandatory.
4. Exemption to female employees, retiring officials (within 2 years), medical cases etc. without exception.
5. Influence by any union in ordering or cancelling should be prevented.
6. Transparency in the procedures
7. Circle Administration should keep a watch as to whether guidelines are followed.

FNTO और BWA डिर मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय को पत्र लिखा है निम्नलिखित जोर दे:
1. अग्रिम कारणों से स्थानांतरण पर कर्मचारियों को सूचना
2. अग्रिम में वरिष्ठता सूची के वितरण
3. विकल्प के लिए कॉलिंग / परामर्श अनिवार्य बनाया जा सकता है.
4. महिला कर्मचारियों को छूट, अधिकारियों के अवकाश ग्रहण करने वाले (2 साल के भीतर), चिकित्सा आदि के मामलों में अपवाद के बिना.
5. किसी भी संघ द्वारा आदेश में प्रभाव या रद्द रोका जाना चाहिए.
6. प्रक्रिया में पारदर्शिता
7. वृत्त के रूप में है कि प्रशासन के दिशा निर्देशों का पालन कर रहे हैं एक नजर रखना चाहिए.
