Promotion Policy Sr.TOA to get.

The Namboodiri & Co is saying that a senior TOA will get the OTBP scale (7100-10100) as 1st Promotion and BCR scale (7800-11175) as the second and so on. The truth is otherwise. The upgradation will be as under.

Moreover, officials who have become Senior TOAs/TMs after 1.10.2000 and upto 30.9.2004 will get their first promotion only after 7 years. ( SrTOAs will only get 6550 scale).  TOAs/SrTOAs/TTAs/RMs appointed after 1.10.2000 will get their first promotion only after 8 years. Source NFTE Vellore.

    Officials who have got OTBP/BCR promotion after 1/10/2004 but before 31/3/2008 will have their pay recovered as the actual pay benefit is only from 1/4/2008. Or else they will have to get their upgradation after their juniors have got them
