BSNL service centre
Staff Reporter HYDERABAD: In a unique initiative, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has started a round-the-clock customer service centre for its customers at Secunderabad CTO, near Paradise on Thursday. A 24-hour help line to provide technical support to its broadband customers was also inaugurated by Chief General Manger (CGM), A.P. Telecom Circle, T. N. Sudhindra Kumar on t the same premises.
Customers can now walk into the service centre at any time of the day to pay their telephone bills or any other services related to their BSNL telephones. Depending on the response, similar centres in other parts of twin cities will be set up in the near future, authorities said. Recently a customer service centre at Road No.12, Banjara Hills was also launched, they added. “We are trying our best to improve customer service,” said Principal General Manger (PGM), Rajeev Agarwal.
Customers can call 27849988 for anytime information on BSNL telecom services and broadband customers can call 23234770 for technical support
