NE 12 pay scale -from BSNLEU

Issue of order on NE 12 pay scale is likely to be delayed 
Issuing of order by Corporate Office, on NE 12 pay scale, is likely to be delayed. The DoT, while giving approval, has stated that the pay scale can be introduced after making necessary modification in the Promotion Policy. Since the Promotion Policy (NEPP) has been implemented with the approval of the Board of Directors, any modification to the Promotion Policy, should also be approved by the Board of Directors. Hence, issue of order on the NE 12 pay scale is likely to be delayed. However, we have been told that date of effect of the NE 12 pay scale will be 22.02.2012, i.e., the date on which DoT approved the pay scale. CHQ is taking efforts, to release the order as early as possible.
