Hon. Kerala High Court,
Kerala, at Ernakulam on 30.05.2013 admitted a Writ Petition No:
13065/2013(A) filed by the National Union of BSNL Workers (FNTO) New
Delhi, praying “to issue an interim direction to the BSNL (2nd
respondent) not to induct or grant membership to members belonging to
any one of the Unions which has not secured the prescribed 7% votes in
the referendum and to to stay all further proceedings for so inducating
ineligible persons in the Council at all levels formed by the BSNL,
pending disposal of the above Writ Petition.
The Court passed following Order:
“ORDER
Admit.
Assistant Solicit general of India takes notice for R1. Standing Counsel Sri. Maathew K. Philip takes notice for R2. Urgent Notice by speed post to R3 & R4.
“ORDER

There will be an
interim direction to the second respondent not to induct or grant
